Saben además, que éste es el mejor recurso para evitar que los bienes de todos terminen siendo propiedad de algunos pocos. </p> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm">No es mi objetivo calificar la gestión de quienes condujeron a Newell´s durante los últimos 14 años. El modo en que fue ejercido el poder durante tanto tiempo ofrece a todos argumentos suficientes para juzgar la manera en que se actuó. </p> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm">Sí ejerzo, a través de esta nota, el compromiso personal de apoyar reclamos justos que han sido planteados en el marco de los derechos democráticos. </p> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm">La actual conducción, habituada a saltear la ley en lugar de cumplirla, provoca irregularidades que limitan la participación societaria en lugar de propiciarla, afectando de ese modo la transparencia del próximo acto eleccionario. Como respuesta, se amplía cada vez más el compromiso popular en la búsqueda de un cambio. No se trata solamente de oposición partidaria, sino que se plantean también exigencias éticas y morales. </p> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm">El espíritu de la ley siempre ofrece una forma de evitar las injusticias que eventualmente puedan derivarse de su empleo. Por ello es difícil comprender por qué las autoridades sí aplican las razones legales que dificultan la expresión de más de 20.000 asociados, pero no activan las causas que deberían impedir que el actual presidente pueda ser reelecto. Quiénes a último momento, instrumentaron y permitieron esta especie de defraudación autorizada, tendrían que explicar a quién defienden y porqué lo hacen. </p> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm">Todos deberíamos entender que, cualquier intento por recuperar lo mejor de la historia ñubelista, comienza por lograr que sus próximas autoridades sean legítimas. </p> <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0cm">Participar masivamente y de manera civilizada del acto del próximo domingo, es la mejor forma de enfrentar la impunidad.
